Finally the right part!

I have been looking for a suitable connection between a gas smoker and a turkey cooker for many years. The critical part is the hole size, which in this case is 0.043 inches. This will ensure your LPG is properly atomized for a nice blue flame. Great find!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Minor issues

Not required with banjo burner

I read somewhere that it is required to connect a Banjo Bayou Classic BG14 10" diameter burner to Gas One 4 ft high pressure 0-20 psi propane burner with adjustable regulator using 4 ft hose type QCC- 1 - CSA certified - works with new US propane tanks Well that's not true, I bought this thing but didn't use it, everything that came with the burner was enough to hook everything up.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • old

Not required for Dura Steel torch

I bought this for a DuraSteel flashlight which I ordered because they often ordered together at the bottom of the screen and thought I would need them. Don't fall for it. You know. All I needed for the burner was a hose and regulator, a 6" x 3/4 nipple and a brass reducer. A bit of pipe dope and that was it. It wasn't necessary and never will be. This is the one Gas connection leading to burner manifold Again not required for Durasteal burners Save money for what you really need.

Pros
  • Convenient to use
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

Just What I Needed

I needed to fix a bayou oven. The regulator and hose need to be replaced. The original hose had a hole inserted as part of a barb fitting. I had to either cut a new hose and risk the IDs not matching, or find a new fitting. Without cutting off the new hose. This fitting was ideally suited to mate with a standard 1/8m hose inlet on the sides of the torch. Works great, nice blue flame on my 4" burner. Incidentally, some Revain regulators and hoses come with connectors that look similar, but there
