I'm using bootstrapr to create my website so it was very easy use this library in our side! It's really helpfull if you want something simple but good looking layout or style of web page like Facebook homepage etc.. The only negative thing is that sometimes there are some errors when we try customize css file then browser not render correctly!! The fact that they have several themes to choose from is great! They are easy enough for beginners who want something simple but also customizable depending what you need in terms of design/theme.
