Another classic. for men

These are the same classic kung fu shoes I've worn for decades. I lost my last pair when moving or accidentally gave them away so this is a replacement. I bought these shoes to wear mainly indoors and sometimes outdoors to practice tai chi. They're not designed for long walks outdoors and don't provide adequate cushioning or support, but they're ideal for indoor and outdoor martial arts. They are also suitable as slippers. I wear women 6.5-7 and men 4.5-5 fit me perfectly. My feet are of normal

So far so good good for men

My husband took Tai Chi classes and bought slippers for that purpose. He liked them so much that they became his house slippers until the floor wore out and they started shedding all over the house. So I looked for a Revain replacement and settled on this hard soled style. He's only had them a month but so far so good. We'll see how they hold up after a few washes and daily use.

  • Very good value for money

10 1/2-11 is a euro size 45.

I bought a 10-1/2-11 that has a 45 on the sole. I have space near my index finger to play with. I may downsize for a tighter fit in the future. As such, they're fine for indoor shoes, but are probably too loose for practicing tai chi or qigong and leave your feet feeling planted. According to my Branock device, my foot size is 283mm. I have no idea what smell people are talking about, my shoes didn't have it.

Simple and light kung fu style shoes!

Honestly I ordered these shoes after seeing IP Man I, II and III. (All great, fun movies, btw.) It seems like every kung fu in the movies wears these types of shoes, so I went online and ordered them. I ordered 12.5-13 and they are perfect for my height 12ft. No bow support. Just comfortable comfortable shoes. For the money it's hard to beat them. I'm an amateur, not a fighter, but wearing these shoes feels like stepping on someone's head :-P

Perfect Unisex Tai Chi Shoe

I am a US size 7 female. Size 5 1/2-6 fits me perfectly in these shoes. They have a little wiggle room, but I like it. I wear these tai chi shoes and feel like I can do much better because I don't have friction from other shoes. Also, my knee would sometimes hurt after an hour of doing exercises in tennis shoes. I later found that it was partly due to the friction in my shoes and partly because I hadn't followed the form properly. I think the shoes are unisex. The fabric feels breathable and…

OK but not the size I want

Why are sizes 12.5-13 no longer listed? Otherwise they seem to be quite good and fit US shoe sizes, maybe a bit smaller but only about a half size. Inside it looks very cozy and light. The rubber outsole smells absolutely awful, like the chemically impregnated rubber, I really feel sorry for those who work in the factory that makes these things. My only real complaint is the size 11.5-12 was too tight so we need a size up but it's just out of stock :( please stock!
