This little bell is so well made. And it has such a pleasant bright sound that reverberates for a bit after being struck. It keeps me from having to startle walkers as I come up behind them on my bike. I even give it a few dings as I approach a windy path in case bikers coming towards me have not noticed me. Don't just mount it.Read the instructions on how to adjust it for maximum sound level.Very loud for such a small size. The bell may not be adjustable enough to produce different volumes or tones.

This is a great bike bell! It makes the most cheerful and not at all aggressive *ding*! Much less annoying than the bells that have a "ringer" style with it's single ding. Got it for our kid's bike and his siblings all want one too now.

Rubber inserts are flimsy and hard to get to stay still for installation on smaller handlebars. Solid bell but some of the other components felt loose.

I stuck it on a Ninebot Max electric scooter as replacing the grips required me to lose the stock bell. It works great, looks great, and it's loud. It's certainly going to get the attention of people.

Appears to be very well made. Mounts well, rubber shims are nice, finish is impeccable, clean - crisp ring. The bell may not fit well with some bike accessories, such as bike bags or baskets.

It's not as loud as the product title would imply--but it's adequate. It's small, however, and when handlebar real estate is a premium, that's important.

This is an old school bell that does the job. It has a spring loaded thumb trigger that gives you a single loud thing. Very effective for letting other trail riders know you are coming. It also works well for moving birds and squirrels out of the road in front of you. It is small and attractive on the bike

Overall, fine. The bell is a nice, clear sound, and design style means that it doesn't jingle when going over bumps. Because the hammer is on the outside of the bell, the thumb does need to be free to operate. I installed on the left side and works fine. Probably could also install on right side. Bell came with small rubber pads. Definitely needed them to make the bell fit on the handlebar. Otherwise, the bell would have been too small.
