I purchased this blanket as I am frequently stopping at the beach on my way home, I needed something portable as well as compact, it fit the criteria when I opened the package, but to my surprise when I opened, it was huge which allowed for me and my 3 grandkids ample room to all be comfortable.Dealing with kids at the beach is always messy with sand but I did not have an issue as the sand rolled right off when we was finished .

We purchased the blue/grey XL 109” x 86” - we couldn’t be happier with the purchase - it was purchased to take with us on a Caribbean cruise - light weight/compact/water proof/sand doesn’t stick to it (fits in your beach bag/back pack with all the rest of your beach stuff) - as a matter of fact on one beach adventure the clouds came in and there was a downpour for 1/2 hour - NO PROBLEM - we put all our stuff in the center & pulled 1/2 the blanket over top of us & stuff - everything stayed dry -

This is good product. Beach for kids. very light and thin. Only problem is, It looks like the size is smaller than advertised.

*Update* Used this at the beach last week and it was wonderful! Does sand get on it? Yes, but it stays put with the stakes and it is way better than using a towel to sit on. It's very hard to transport this from beach/woods/game to washer. You have to wash it on your washer machine or line hang and spray with hose. Very time consuming.

Finally had a chance to use this. We love it! Was great for the beach and no sandy mess and also worked wonderfully for the ball field. Large, easy and compact so it’s great to keep in the car without taking up space.

Works great! I had some issues getting the sand off when trying to put it away but when I used it again, the sand came right off.

I'm so happy I found this blanket! I was nervous being so affordable that this blanket wouldn't be great. It is Awesome! I carried it on my bag while hiking, super light weight and rolls up small. Big enough for my baby to crawl around with 4 others on it. Put it on wet grass and Nothing soaked through, wiped off super easy with no stains. Comes with stakes! You won't be disappointed.

This year we spent our summer holiday in Hungary near Lake Balaton. All the beaches have grass and huge trees. I used to take an old fashioned blanket but the bottom side was always full of grass and dirt. It was so convenient this time when I took this new blanket. This blanket is more than just a beach blanket. It can be used for picnics or other outings. The material is lightweight and there is a convenient zipped pocket on one of the sides. There is also a storage bag attached to the blanket. When the blanket is folded inside this bag it does not take up much room at all. I am keeping the blanket in the back of our car to be prepared for a picnic any time.

I like that the material is a waterproof, parachute type of material. It’s lightweight which makes for easy packing. I actually sat outside and had the kids play around while I folded laundry on it. It didn’t really get too hot in the sun, which I was worried about because I didn’t want my baby to get burned by it while crawling around. It’s a perfect, big size so that we could eat our lunch outside that afternoon. It was super easy to wipe the strawberry juice off of!

There is no sand in our area but this item is great to use when I bring my children to the park and have a picnic. Easy to carry and not to hard to set up and fold. Useful to bring for outdoor activities.

Took to beach on super windy day. The stakes easily held it down and it was big enough for 9-11 of us to sit. It folds back up small into its travel bag. Definitely the best portable waterproof beach blanket ever.

I love this product! It’s got the 6 small posts that secure it in the sand, easy to get back in the bag that stays attached to it! I’d buy it again! I’ve used it several times and washed it in the Washing machine and it’s held up great! It’s also a great size fit 2-6 people!

This blanket is almost perfect for the beach. it doesn’t shift out the sand but besides that it’s a perfect r size and folds up easy

So I received this "beach blanket" yesterday and opened the package. I was pleasantly surprised it's not really a "Blanket" it is however even better since it's ultra light and fits in a small pouch which is sewn on to the blanket. The material looks to be the same as what modern camping tents are made from. I will likely be using this not only under my towels at the beach but under my tent or even as a shade cloth from the sun when camping. I may get one for my boat for when i get caught in…

I bought this for the beach. It was easy to set up, it came with 6 pegs for each corner and on each of the long side to go in the sand. The pegs never came up, not even when walking on it. I recommend this for anyone going to the beach!

I sent this back, because it is not a blanket it is a tarp, I feel laying on it would probably be uncomfortable and it would probably stick to you, It is big, and it is lightweight wait but it just will not work for me and my kids
