NOT the laced version! I ordered specifically for the convenience of the lacing but these don't lace up! Amazing photos show lacing. Graphics and title show lacing. These are not laced.

All the straps broke in less than a year and 10 uses and I bought two chairs. Waste of money, my old Tommy Bahama chairs lasted 10 years before turning to dust. The only good thing about this chair is that it has a huge back pocket so you don't have to bring your beach bag.

We really wanted to love these chairs. We recently moved to the coast and bought two of these. We couldn't get to the beach but we really liked them. However, the strap on one of them broke after using it 6 times, and now they are uncomfortable to wear. It's sad because they aren't cheap.

Used for a week with no problems. I have a 5'8 200lb chair which is comfortable and has held my weight. The cup hold is weird and pocket-like, but gets the job done. The pocket on the back eliminates the need to bring a beach bag. Easily closes with your foot and hand when you're holding something else. The colors are strong (green and blue stripes) and do not run when wet.

Just bought these for a hike up the Michigan coast. Backpack style so we don't have to carry them around. Sounds good. I can't get up from this chair! It's low and at a fun angle. Mind you, I've been in a lot of chairs in my life. I don't need to relearn how to get in and out of a chair, and I've sat on some jalopies before, but that sucks. I'm pretty sure it'll break before the trip is over if I don't starve trying to get out of this thing. I'll probably leave them in the trash.

Was so happy to receive this chair just in time for our trip to the beach which we are leaving in 3 days. Opened it up and was disappointed to see the fabric was stained but thought well who really cares. I sat down to try it and immediately realized it was uncomfortable. I thought ah you can put a towel under your feet where they got hurt by the barbell. Then they noticed that it was necessary to close it from below, which would be covered with sand. If you have the same "old" knees as me, 11 inches off the floor - it's not if you're trying to get up! When I sat up straight, the headrest hit me in the shoulder blades! I found it very odd like having to bend down to get my head hitting the headrest! The seat itself is nice and light, easy to open and close. Just watch your fingers!
