The frame is beautiful but not strong, it seems that it is falling apart and you have to put the photo in the frame. Since it was a gift I didn't have time to return it and buy something else.

This frame was beautiful! I ordered two 5x7s as gifts for the wedding. The frame itself makes a high-quality impression and is very durable. The color of the flowers and butterflies is a medium purple which pairs really well with a plum color at the recipient's wedding.

Nice frame. He came in great form. Judging by the picture, I figured the purple background would look "cheap" or tasteless in the jar. This frame is just what you need to be "bling" and understated. Violet is royal purple and there are little jewels in the center of the flower. I wish there were more of these for sale but only 4x6's left so far.

First of all, this frame is beautiful. BUT it's not as strong and well built as one would think for the price. It's actually very fragile and I figured I'd bend it, break it, or otherwise destroy it just by sticking a picture in it. I'm using this to display my mum's obituary (she loved purple butterflies) so I won't be sending it back but if I saw it in a shop and felt its fragility I would turn down the price.
