The packaging may look nice but the pint and wine glass are basic but the real problem is the printing of the crown and royal logo. It looks like a glass sticker that will peel off when hand or machine washed.

deduct 2 stars for looks. The lettering on the outside of the box has started to fade. The box itself was a bit dusty. The glasses did not look clean and shiny. However, they arrived safely. I would not buy this company's products again in the future.

The display was very nice and when I opened the box it looked fantastic but when I took them out of the box they were a little dirty and the vinyl was a little dirty in 2 places. I had to clean them which was frustrating. For this reason I gave 4 stars.

Bought as a gift for friends. She loves wine, he loves beer. Good quality and came in a lovely silk lined box which I didn't even pack. I just put it in a gift bag. I am very happy with the purchase, my friends really liked it!

I read the reviews that they were dirty, I never wrote bad reviews this time, I wasn't too happy, it came dirty like and all the other reviews, wine glass with queen, logo wasn't straight and it bothered me, I had to wash them before gifting but I liked the idea of the set, I just wasn't keen on it.

Glass splinters or clear glue stuck to the outside of the glass - impossible to remove. Some stains from the inscriptions, the rim of the glass is cracked. I won't give it away - too bad. They sent me a replacement but if I get a repeat of this quality I will forever return it and never buy from this company again. The box was of excellent quality and the beautiful white fabric inside made the presentation pleasant. Too bad the product itself, an important part, pales in comparison.

The "Queen" lettering has been faded and yellowed to "EN". These glasses should never have been sold to a customer. A simple quality check would have prevented the problem. The deadline is set so that replacements cannot be returned/reshipped. The condition of these glasses was so embarrassing that I couldn't give them away. Very disappointed.
