By far the most difficult thing I have ever assembled and I have assembled a lot. The chair looks great but the instructions are extremely difficult to follow. It's very easy to use and good quality for the price. Directions should be reprinted or something like that. I couldn't make out a single fine detail and there were almost no words. I bought this chair for home use, so I wasn't worried about many salons. The assembly instructions lacked an explanation but I was able to figure it out using common sense. HOWEVER, the only part of the chair that does not work as advertised is the hydraulic pump.
