Correct Part: Sensors

Correct connector, cable length and overall quality are excellent. Fits my NB Miata (2000) perfectly and works as it should.

Pros

Cons
  • piggy bank price

Best OEM price was over $100

Best OEM price was over $100 Pleasantly surprised when it says "MADE IN JAPAN" on the box. Either the relabeled OEM part or the supplier. Works perfectly.

Works great in parts

Exact replacement for my 01 Miata. Turns out that wasn't my problem, so now I have a spare that I might need. I removed it from the top of the motor but had trouble and ended up breaking the clip holding the middle of the wire. Used ties to reattach a new one.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Modernity

failed after 1 year

failed almost exactly a year and only 2000 miles after it was fitted by a professional ASE certified mechanic - left my car dead and had to be towed 40 miles - look out for the parts warranty manufacturer = 12 months / 12,000 miles - no problem; The other more expensive product here has an extended warranty, so I'll buy that one this time.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • upgradeable

Failed after 6 months/8000 miles

Installed this company's camshaft and crankshaft sensors on a 2004 Miata Mazdaspeed. Complete failure of the crankshaft sensor after 6 months and 8,000 miles city driving (no track days) resulting in a dead engine and towing. I've noticed a very sporadic stumble over the last 1000 miles, the stumble seems to have gone away after installing the stock camshaft and crank sensors.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
