Fits 3rd generation 4runner

98 4runner accidentally left me without auxiliary power or starting power but with a fully charged battery. I changed the ignition switch and it now works perfectly.

EXACT MATCH - 2004 Toyota Tacoma

Exact replacement for the original switch in the 2004 Toyota Tacoma in every respect. The factory switch wore out because someone replaced the key cylinder and didn't fully tighten the bolts, and this replaced switch solved the problem. I did not notice any optical differences and the function corresponds exactly to the original.

Pros
  • Switch & Relay
Cons
  • Expensive

Beck-Arnley to the rescue!

As a mechanic I have used Beck-Arnley parts for many years and have always been pleased with the results. Yes, it may cost a few extra dollars per item. but experience has told me to use the parts that work. not the cheapest available. The car now starts great. If I had any complaints, it wasn't about the detail itself. It was about Toyota engineers. We, who repair your products, sometimes have to rack our brains. and maybe some colorful metaphors!
