Efficient Blower Motor Resistor for Automotive

This product is amazing and does its job perfectly. The installation process was a breeze and it quickly fixed my blown-out blower motor. The resistor is sturdy and durable and I can definitely see it lasting a long time. The only downside is that it was a little pricier than some other options, but the quality definitely makes it worth it.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting product
Cons
  • Compatibility issues with certain vehicle models

Terrible without Amazon help

Failed after 1 week. Tried to come back without the help of the Amazon. The truck immediately filled with smoke from the fan. Very dangerous and very unpleasant smell when the error appeared.

Pros
  • Quality construction for durability

THIS PART YOU MUST REPLACE IF YOU REPLACE THE COOLER/HEATER FAN

Well I replaced my cooling/heater fan but found a burned area in the fan base and read these reviews . I found that my 21 year old OEM fan was drawing more amps/voltage than normal which was causing a bend and a burning black spot on my fan's socket. So just in case I also replaced this controller just in case. I've been thinking about a dielectric lube to make it more preventive, but it hasn't caught on yet. In any case, the fan works and this product is not something that makes you see…

Pros
  • Form, fit and function match the original unit
Cons
  • Not sure
