I'm pretty sure mine either leaked or was used before as there was almost no liquid in the activator. Anyway I've used it and it's pretty easy to use, shape and trim without scratching my cuticles will take a while to learn but it's a pretty good product. I hope they sell the activator separately as it is the most commonly used liquid.
