I bought these glasses because the description said they blocked over 90% of blue light. They are very stylish and look more expensive than they cost which is always a big plus. The main disadvantage is the color distortion. They are too dark for me to wear indoors for computer work. On the other hand, they are excellent as sunglasses!

I really like these glasses for watching TV because my eyes are protected from blue light damage. The only problem I had was they pinched my temples. A quick flex with a heat gun (or a little longer with boiling water) and now they fit perfectly. Another thing I like is that the lenses are almost perfectly clear and not yellow like most, so they don't come across as "healing" for lack of a better word. If you don't buy these glasses, at least buy an alternative. . Radiation damage is cumulative

Love this product. Use it every day to help me manage my time to fall asleep and also improve the quality of my sleep. I apply it at least three hours before bed, and when I'm about to go to bed I fall asleep, in part because it blocks blue light, which is the light our body is supposed to read for to know it's daytime. I am very satisfied with this product. Not only does it serve my purpose, it also looks good. I've received compliments from friends while using it.
