These headphones have serious connectivity issues. They work great right out of the box, but after about a week they stop working properly together. For a while I felt like the one on the left just stopped working. When I had both, only the right earbud seemed to work. Now that I've cranked the volume all the way up, the left one is working at a very low volume. Very disappointing.

I bought two headphones in November 2020, I was pleased with the product as I have purchased Belkin products in the past and the price was right. Unfortunately neither of these two devices connected at the same time, I got sound from either the left or right side but I couldn't get them to connect to each other and yes I've read and watched tutorial videos. Very frustrating and sorry I wouldn't recommend them. I think you get what you pay for.

What an absolute junk. Bought them on a great Prime Day deal. Now I know why they were on sale, these things are pure junk. I spent almost 6 hours (no BS) plugging in my second set of headphones. Because no matter what, I could only connect one earbud at a time. It felt like I was living in 2005, working on a piece of ancient technology, trying to sync these headphones. Belin is usually a good brand, but these things are complete rubbish. Don't waste your money on them, they're not worth it.

There really isn't much I don't like about these headphones. If there's one thing I'd like to improve, it's the ability to control certain functions by tapping your finger on the outside of the earbud. Sometimes I accidentally press it and it either dials a number or changes the track or stops playing the song altogether. However, over time you will learn how to use them properly, it took a little time. But for the price, I don't think you'll get much better sound quality and bass.

These headphones are pretty solid with nice slim build and style, the most comfortable fit I've ever owned, solid battery life and really good sound quality with some impressive features like good speech clarity and separation, automatic connection and the ability to listen with an earphone at a time. At first I thought they were great but now after taking them out of their case a few times they won't pair with each other anymore. If it was necessary to put them back in the case momentarily to reset them, I wouldn't complain. To reset the issue I had to turn them off and on again, put them in the case, wait, unplug them, delete them from my Bluetooth devices on my phone, pair them again, and usually I have to do both of those things. up to three times in a row until it finally works.
