Belkin Needs completion of an item or list of instances where it might occur

Original did not work. Sent back for exchange. The second point doesn't work either. Tried it on 3 phones in the house, none worked. One case was Otter Box Defender for the Galaxy Note 9. Another was LG with a simple silicone case.

Product arrived broken/poor quality

Ordered on day 1 for discount and gladly used as I wanted a wireless changer. The product did not turn on. Tried multiple outlets and reconnected the cord multiple times. defective product. Not surprised as the quality was very cheap and light. Expected more from a Belkin charger.

Serious Error - CONTINUE!

So I ordered one of these devices after reading a review praising it. Well it just didn't work. It will not charge. Sent it back and ordered a second one! Big mistake, this device was charging but it only got to 93% and turned off. I called Belkin and they said they are aware of the issues and they should send it back and they will send me another one. NO THANK YOU! I returned it and bought a Samsung from a local store. Worked perfectly straight away, no complaints.

Stop working after 3 months.

I bought 2 of these women for use (home and office) for Christmas. They worked great and she loved the convenience of not having to plug her phone into an outlet. . .10. March BOTH stopped working. It didn't change anything, there were no surges in my house or anything like that. They just stopped working. I've tried plugging them into different outlets on the power strip and even at my work station to no avail. Well I guess you get what you pay for!

Didn't work at all.

This item came in a thin foam bag only, with no box, packaging or instructions. Seems to have been an earlier return? When connecting the included power adapter to a 115V AC outlet, the included USB cable to the power adapter, and the wireless charging stand, the white LED on top of the drive blinked once. I don't know what that means as as mentioned there were no instructions. The charger will not charge any of the three different brands/models phones (Samsung Galaxay 9, Pixel 1 or Teracube)…
