💁 Stylish Women's Skinny PU Leather Dress Belt with Polished Buckle: Belle Donne Review

I love this belt. The color is as close as possible to what is expected. I bought it to wear with dresses and skirts, but it's a little larger than expected, I can fit four fingers between it and me when wearing it around my waist. I wear size 14. I can put it on the third hole in my jeans. So not a complete loss.

First of all I like this belt and it looks good. I had trouble ordering my usual size small or medium as many of the comments mention sizing issues. I think the key is to measure where the belt will actually sit, be it your natural waist or somewhere lower. Anyway, the middle strap I ordered is 33" to the first hole and 37" to the end hole.

I returned a product a year ago but decided to leave this review as a warning for other buyers. I bought 3 Belle Donne belts: blue, green and purple, all in XL. They arrived neatly in their packaging, all marked XL. I used blue and green but postponed purple to last week. When I put it on I found that it was maybe 2/3 longer than the other two. Guilty. Should have checked. But rest assured not to rely on ordered or printed sizes.

I like to wear it with my t-shirt dresses as it gives your outfit a softer and more feminine look. but it's also good for pants! I'm 5ft 2in so I like that it's thinner so it accentuates my waist without covering it up like thicker fashion waist belts do. My waist is 27.5" and my hips are 34" and the small belt fits both and doesn't leave too much excess at the end to look awkward with dresses/shirts. This belt is really well made. I wear it a lot and it's not torn or worn. The material is nice and thick and the stitching seems pretty secure. The only problem I have is that it's a bit big.
