I bought 14 according to the standards; I usually have a medium top and a size 12 below. I'm 36-31-45, 174lbs, 36C and it was perfect. Pair it with a wide belt and voila! No changes, no adjustments, just perfect.

I like the dress BUT after a few hours of wearing I felt the skirt of the dress really stretched and got a lot bigger than I started. I was like a box. The dress is beautiful, yes. Is the material comfortable? I'm 186 and ordered a size 14. I usually wear size 12 for pants and large to large for shirts. Can I recommend this dress, yes. It's nice and comfortable, but at least stretches in the skirt area.

Based on other reviews of this fabric not stretching I bought two sizes just in case. They were both too big. The fabric is really stretchy. I'm 34-27-37 and a size 6 was too big and a size 4 was slightly smaller but still had enough fabric where it was gathered. I think a size 2 would fit much better, especially with such a stretchy fabric. 4 and 6 had extra fabric at the waist and hips. It would be better if the fabric was thicker and in shape.
