So Far We Are Enjoying It!

Too new to tell as it's only been a couple of weeks since it got delivered. The product arrived more than a week early, which is awesome, kudos to revain and vendor.Assembly is easy, my wife put together the parts and loosely placed the screws on where they belong, while I did the final tightening to complete the assembly. Tools and parts are included which at first I thought it didn't, but my wife found the plastic bag taped to one of the cushions.When we completed the assembly, we found…

Chair fall apart. - my new review

6 months old and chairs are bending and falling apart. No one in our household weighs more than 160lbs so this is not an issue. The set is under roof and has minimal weather exposure. (Florida) The table has and is great.

would not help me return item. it is too big for me to lift.

unbelievably poor service. got the item and it was too small, wanted to return it and they would not help me. it is too big for a 75 year old lady to lift.

Very nice for the price!

Everything arrived fast and packaged well with no damage to any pieces at all. Assembly is pretty straight forward as long as you do not fully tighten any of the screws up until all of them are in place, this will make lining up the holes a snap.Happy with the purchase as long as it holds up over time from use as we sit out on our patio daily.
