Seems to be a great product. It was great while it lasted. There was a popping sound during the game and the screen became pixelated. They accused me of mishandling so they refused the guarantee. Yes, it happened spontaneously. I was offered a refurbished one at a discount. One wonders why they have so many renovated units for sale. Skip the hassle and buy from a company that stands behind their products.

I use it as a third screen for my gaming setup, mainly for watching TV shows or twitching. The picture is pretty good, it's very bright and the colors look more saturated than on my other two monitors. So far this is a good monitor, all 3 of mine are different. My main is Asus ProArt, my second is BenQ 27” and now this one too. No complaints.

The picture looks clean and sharp. The strongest monitor I've ever owned. I love how it slides up and down to adjust height, pivot and tilt. I will always recommend BenQ monitors! It would be nice if I could change the color of the orange rubber piece at the base to suit my build, but it's locked behind the keyboard anyway.

I bought this for my PS5 which I just got a month ago because I need a monitor that can do 120fps at 1080p (best the PS5 can do). There are no dead pixels, the box was a bit worn, but the monitor was in perfect condition. . I've been using it for about a month now, no problems. All around a great monitor.

I was initially very happy with this monitor, there are almost no lags in games! After a few months of use, this monitor started to flicker heavily. I tried all possible solutions and still the screen flickers. Very sad. It hurts my eyes.
