Unreliable Counterbalance in Tripod

Based on my observations, the counterbalance feature didn't work properly even after multiple adjustments, causing unstable shots. The build quality seemed decent though. It's disappointing that an expensive tripod fails to perform its most basic function, which is to provide stability.

Pros
  • Accurate counterbalance system for smooth and stable camera movement.
Cons
  • Difficult to adjust for different cameras due to a limited range of counterbalance options.

Really good video head

I've been trying to find a video head that fits my needs and doesn't break the bank. I tried many different brands but all were disappointed. I did some research, watched YouTube and many videographers recommended the Benro series to me. I bought this one and have no regrets. I love it. I showed it to other videographers because I really like it. I think the design is good, the materials are good and more importantly it does what I need it to do. Ben, keep it up!

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Upgrades

Almost as good as Sachtler FSB6, but three times cheaper.

Almost as good as the Sachtler FSB6 for a third of the price. The pan-drag adjustment is a little wonky, the headstock can be tricky to tighten on wider base cameras, but the 3/8" accessory ports on either side are brilliant! Adjust it to 1/4x20 and use the flexible arm to hold the monitor straight off your head and not the top of the camera. Helps improve overall stability and limit camera shake. The pan and tilt controls work well. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something
