When I opened the box, a plastic locking pin popped right out of the pocket. The cartridge breaks and becomes unusable. I found the pin and insertion point, inserted it and tried the cartridge again. Turns out it needs 2 pins, one on each side. However, the manufacturer only used 1. The manufacturer probably saved $0.00001 by doing this, and if it's made in a third world country using child labor, then chances are he or she could feed their entire factory in two months. and Revain buys Bezos…

This company's product works very well with quality ink, works without problems. I was well packaged and shipped quickly.

I can't say anything about the toner cartridge yet because the native cartridge hasn't been used up yet. However, the shopping experience went very well. The price was good and it arrived on time.
