They are a little big for me but I bought them a size up because I have a big bump on my foot and I don't want them to be too tight. I have to put earbuds in because they are too long but they feel great and don't hurt. For a normal foot, I recommend buying the right size for your foot length. The size chart shows the length of the shoes.
