Ribbon, which is really needed to wrap a gift, doesn't stick to paper. Branded adhesive tape "adhesive tape", packaging tape, industrial adhesive tape for boxes - nothing works. Maybe duct tape would help, but who needs it? I had to use a glue gun. A shameful waste of time and money.

I bought this wrapping paper for my daughter's 2nd birthday when I was going to wrap presents for her I found that the tape wouldn't stick to wrapping paper no matter how many pieces I still needed. What good is wrapping paper if tape doesn't stick to it and you can't wrap anything with it?!

I really didn't know how to rate this product - the paper itself is great! Very bright, very shiny, very thick and luxurious. BUT. There's no tape on the planet that will stick to this wrapping paper! Serious. I've tried duct tape, clear tape, medical grade tape, and even duct tape. At one point my husband resorted to using two zippers to secure the ends. So this is a great product. IF YOU NEED IT FOR SOMETHING OTHER THAN GIFT WRAPPING. Or bind to something. Or stick something on it.
