When I first bought this item I used it daily for a couple of weeks but I didn't notice much of a difference in my beard whether I used it or not. I have had a beard since the 90's and have been using beard oil for many years. I decided to try this stuff because it had good reviews and the flavors sounded interesting. When I received them they appeared to be fake and smelled like cheap perfume.
