Bettina Mermaid Princess Seahorse Accessories Review

The presentation of the packaging was almost flawless; However, when we opened the package, we found that the dolls and other items were cheaply bundled. The big doll's hair immediately started falling out all over, and both dolls' clothes were too big and made of extremely poor material. The clothes for the little doll were so large that the doll's naked body was often exposed. Also, the large doll's head fell off when my goddaughter played with it, causing her to squeak in horror.

Unfortunately not a very good toy, very cheap. The hair falls out very easily before my daughter even tries to brush it. Not to mention that the big guy's hair looks like Bela Lugosi/Dracula's, with a pointed tip on his forehead! My daughter tore the little one's tail off and the little mermaid's leg was broken so she broke right out of the box. .Hopefully we can return it for a full refund! So this is obviously a fake Barbie. I didn't know it was a fake Barbie so it's my fault that this review is based solely on the dolls. Their clothes don't hold up and their hair is already very messy, their hair is also thin and their heads are mostly bald at the back. The arms are terribly thin. I read the reviews before buying this gift for my 5 year old granddaughter. The doll is great! They appear to be very well put together and should hold up well to use. One of the reviews said the clothes are very well made. I have to disagree. The clothes were very cute and colorful. However, a mermaid's top and tail don't stay on a small doll. They kept sliding. That would annoy my mother. My daughter asked for a mermaid barbie, she needed a mermaid barbie, she loves the mermaid. So I launch Amazon, I search for "barbie the little mermaid" and it's the best result. I see a mother mermaid, a baby mermaid and a giant seahorse, I click buy now and a few days later this thing arrives. Problem is, this isn't a Barbie, it's a Bettina (similar logo, mind you).
