Perfect fit for my growing grandson. He is 8 years old and I bought him 10-12. He tends to be stocky and short. The price was perfect as he's growing so fast and needs to buy a new swimsuit every year. The plus is that the shirt covers the stomach and doesn't burn the shoulders.😉

Good quality, lasts all summer and probably my 3 year old's next! For reference, he is a size 3/4 and I bought a size 4. You still have room for him to grow!

According to the size chart, a size 6 should fit my almost 7 year old son. The shirt fits perfectly but the shorts are huge. My son has rather small hips but now fits into a size 7 drainpipe pants. I find the shirt and pants don't fit.
