It covers the gray completely but only lasts a couple of weeks and then I just use the touch up pen for another week until I get another color session. The only downside I have with this product is that after adding water to the powder you have to work quickly as the mixture thickens very quickly. I've been using this product for years, but it's much cheaper with Revain. Since my hair grows fast, I have to color it twice a week, so I had to lower the price. I was shopping for a long time and came across this product on YouTube. I read the reviews and thought this was the product for me. I only needed eight at the front corners of my head. After applying it two days later, an infection appeared on the scalp. Pus flowed out of my head where I apply the product. It dried up and the corners of my head turned white with dried pus. I have been using it for 30 years, paints over gray hair perfectly, odorless. Just add water little by little until you get the right consistency. The formula has been changed in recent years so it doesn't drip at all. I use a small brush to apply. As with all hair dye, wash your Highline on the go. Good product. The price can't be beat compared to other brands.

What arrives is a Bigen color not shown. This is a cheaper, smaller box that doesn't come with gloves or a mixing container. My only point about ordering online was to avoid beauty products (due to Covid). This one doesn't have gloves, so I'll report back. The price is very high.

At first I thought my new order was fake but I just got off the phone with Bigen customer service. I let them know how disappointed I am with this change. This new product doesn't dissolve well in water and forms clumps, plus it doesn't stick to the hair like it used to. All in all, I won't be using this brand again.
