Review on Bigen Powder Color Black Brown by Nick Bigalow

I have been using this product for many years and have really enjoyed it. The company recently switched the bottle from glass to plastic and reformulated the product to save money. At first I thought my new order was fake but I just got off the phone with Bigen customer service. I let them know how disappointed I am with this change. This new product doesn't dissolve well in water and forms clumps, plus it doesn't stick to the hair like it used to. All in all, I won't be using this brand again. Shame on the greedy management that ruined a good product.
