The support we have received from bigfish has been outstanding! They are responsive, proactive & always willing to help when needed!! The ability to have all my accounts in one place, from payroll through tax reporting & filings with both state and federal gov't agencies. Also being able to keep track of each employee's health care plans. I dislike how difficult it can be at times to navigate between different areas within the system.
