Comfortable fit but NO POCKET

This nightgown was a gift and the recipient was disappointed that it didn't have a pocket. Every other nightgown I've seen at Revain had a pocket, so how did I get one that didn't have one? It also closes like a woman's shirt and not like a man's shirt. It's confusing because it clearly says it's a men's nightgown. I will not buy this brand again.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Neutral

The most comfortable and cozy nightgown.

My husband gets cold at night. He loves the quality and "coziness" of this nightgown, as well as the flexibility of the knit as he moves about in bed. He liked it so much that he asked for a second one. He says nightgowns are much more comfortable than pajamas. He also has flannel and cotton poplin nightgowns. Okay, but knitting is better.

Button placket does not fit men

My husband tried on his new pajamas and they didn't fit. Then he noticed that the buttons were on the wrong side. Closure with buttons, like a women's top, buttons on the left side. I'm surprised they missed this during production. The fit was overall wrong and too small especially at the bottom, there is no slit in the hem to make it comfortable for a man to walk. Apparently this pattern was a women's pattern enlarged for men. That will not do.

Pros
  • New in my collection
Cons
  • is embarrassing

I think you got the gender mixed up!

Pros: Not too long. Covers the knees. Very soft but still warm. Cons: The tags are very scratchy and I had to cut them both out because they were scratching my throat. Since when do men's shirts have buttons on the left side? It's completely backwards and only for women. So I got myself a men's nightgown with "ladies" buttons! It's hard to button because I've been used to buttoning my shirts from left (loop) to right (button) for 65 years! That needs to be corrected!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

The back is a disappointment

Must be female version sold as male. Buttons back to front. Otherwise it is exactly what was expected. This clothing is uncomfortable to wear. I just can't get used to the buttons and holes being reversed. If you want a nightgown for a man, don't buy it. I do not recommend this product, although at first I thought I could get used to it.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some flaws

Not very good with a plaster cast.

Bought for my father who had achilles tendon surgery. He figured a sleep shirt would work well for the first few post-op days. This particular style didn't work due to the straight (narrow) edge. The ones that worked best had a shirt hem.

Pros
  • practical item
