User friendly platform with great support from their side.

I have been working in this program since 2014 and i can say that its userfriendly interface is great! Its platform is very easy for any user or even non-technical person. The support from their side is also amazing as well as training material provided to new users. It has helped me manage both my personal & professional accounts. Nothing much at all. Pointcast offers some amazing benefits when using with various groups at my job

The tool itself is very easy to use and understand. It makes it so that you can create your own unique incentives for different departments within your organization. You don't have to do all of this manually! I love how customizable it is as well. There are certain features where you cannot customize it exactly to what you want but there isn't much room for improvement because its already pretty great in its current state. Great AI Chatbot Platform with tons of features

The most important thing that I like about this tool was its ability for me as an employee at my work place to know how much people appreciate what i do in their day-to-day life through chatbots or bots! This helped us understand our productivity better than we would have otherwise been able without any tools such as this one because there were no figures before now. A must have app with many uses and benefits

I like that our HR department can easily access this tool from anywhere in real time as well as being able for them send out reminders if needed! The notifications are very helpful especially during busy times such as holidays or other important events where we need reminding about an upcoming event etc but also just sending general updates through messages would be great!! Not much dislike at all really everything works perfectly fine so far no issues what-so ever. Great product easy setup…

Great App to keep employees morale high

The app has been very helpful in keeping my teams motivated throughout this pandemic! I love that we can use our own language for internal communication as well (and still have an easy way out if needed). It also allows us all from different offices around Australia access at once without having everyone log into one chat room or slack channel - so no more time wasted waiting while someone else logs onto their computer/device etc before getting back online ourselves!!
