I bought these after looking at the DAFO and AFO reviews and suggestions. Finding shoes for my daughter has been quite a challenge since we have DAFO. Billy's shoes to the rescue! Easy to put on and take off for a 5 year old and they go well with suspenders.

This is the fifth pair I have bought. I bought some direct from their website, others from Revain. My sons love these shoes. One of the boys has an AFO and they will fit but you will need to remove the insoles completely and buy a few sizes up. Measure your AFOs to get the right size. We usually raise by 2. My only concern is that we've had zip issues on a pair before.

These shoes offer much more than just a very nice shoe - they offer independence and accessibility as well as the ability to effortlessly do things that others often take for granted. I was hesitant at first because of the cost, but the shoes not only fit perfectly but are really well made. I can easily see how this shoe performs with AFO or similar braces when the required sizing occurs. I wish there were more products and companies like Billy Shoes.
