The best antenna. but it's big

The best "Top 5" signal I could find for my Beophang. However, it's large and can only be used in tactical gear, and since it's very heavy, it's difficult to keep upright (as if that matters anyway). When unloading you can fold nicely. I love this item and wear it all the time. Highly recommended

Still happy with the accessory

Feel and presentation of quality. Works great within a 10km radius. I have yet to test further, but will do so on my next hunt. The clarity of this thing is a thumbs up. It feels like I'm back on the Hummer. It hasn't rained yet, but it's coming and will be updated. There would be a prize and maybe next month there would be a friends set

This is a good antenna - antennas

antenna is exactly what they describe. It fits perfectly with my Baofeng or my GMR radio. I took off the lid and looked inside. It's like a wire mesh tube that folds up. If you open and close it frequently (it works great when folded), it can wear out, but for most of us it holds up great. I picked up repeaters from miles away.

If a product sheet says something, it must mean something

This antenna has been listed as numbers 136-520. I bought it to work with gmrs because the description says I received it and it is clearly stamped correctly on the antenna from 144 megahertz to 430. I feel totally cheated because it was mangled to convince me to purchase to move, not worth sending it back

Looks fun but works like crazy!

When installed on my Baofeng portable radio, this thing looks a lot longer than it really is. However, I've had reports of star signals from people I've interacted with, and have even received clear transmissions in areas normally impractical with my other antennas. Last night I was able to connect to a relay station about 14 miles from this Bingfu. The signal report was once again very good. Definitely worth your money!

Reminds me of the folding antennas I used on a PRC-77 radio in the bush over 50 years ago.

Product exactly as described. The rubber at the base is a bit thick and I had to trim the edge a bit to get it out of the way of the control knob on my Baofeng DM-X that I bought it for. But as far as I understand, this is a small problem. Of course, the main issue is functionality, and this antenna excels at that. I'm glad I bought it!

Really works.: CB and talkback radios

First I would like to say that this antenna works, the range with it on my Kenwood NX210 Portable is excellent, people with their car could hear Cell phones I'm better long range but there is one small detail that is stopping me from using this antenna on the NX210, the base of the antenna is a little thick and rests on the channel knob, I had to remove the channel knob to screw on the antenna when I installed the antenna I need to find a thin handle that works. I'll see if the antenna gets in…
