NOT recommended for CB and radio equipment

These antennas do not work well even at close range. Make everything sound far away if they can send and receive information at all.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Poor - Antennas

They're better than nothing, but the signal often drops. I recommend switching to a regular full-size antenna. I couldn't even get a signal in my town.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Don't waste your time.

It's not built like they claim as you can see in the photos I've attached. I know the analyzer is correct because it is calibrated and I have used it many times. None of what was advertised. Buyer Warning.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Good but not great

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Wasn't expecting much but was surprised.

With all their options, I always check them out on the counter first. Both were terrible on every frequency except the amateur UHF/VHF bands. On mine I have an SWR of around 1.5-2, where that counts, the SWR is off the charts all over the place.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Coefficient Set

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It was exactly what I was hoping for, except.

The antenna is soft and flexible, works but as I expected it kills the range. I tried to get signals ahead of the long caravans. I usually walk in the back because I have the biggest jeep. I kept my radio in a cup holder, standing in the way of a long, stiff antenna. Since then I've come up with another solution where the radio doesn't bother me anymore.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Do not buy for MURS - Accessory

I bought these for church security with the idea of reducing the obvious nature of the antenna as I figured even a small antenna should work consistently for our purposes of transmission (single ) Building. That does not work. The transmissions had a lot of static and intermittent reception. I wanted to buy more after proof of concept, but no more. I definitely do not recommend them if you are using a MURS radio or attempting to use VHF. Can't talk to UHF as it's out of my scope.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Weak set
