Just what I need to get away from the city noise during work and big meetings. Very clear sound. Easy-to-use MUTE button. This is very important nowadays. Very comfortable, which is nice when HR keeps buzzing. Doesn't go in the wallet, excellent value for money.

USB port is not working. I can only use them through the audio jack, which is fine, but a little annoying because then I lose the volume buttons. You will feel comfortable for about an hour. Leaving them on longer will get your head and ears aching, but I can feel it with every earbud.

Great offer. The earbuds are lightweight but well padded. The sound is great for calls and my daughter even uses it for gaming. The first pair she can use as she has tinnitus and headphones that get in the way. They just sit comfortably on your ear and don't put any pressure on your glasses. To be honest I have the plantronics version and want to trade it in for it!

I hate messing around with bluetooth and wireless devices. Despite being slim, they are cumbersome in terms of connectivity and battery life, especially on laptops. This wired headset delivers crystal clear audio on Webex calls, has a great little audio control panel, and quite a long cord (probably around 10 feet). I find myself dragging it from place to place. So this is clearly a goalkeeper!

I bought these for work at home. It was a waste of my money. My conversation partner cannot hear me at all. This headset has constant feedback. I have to mute when someone else is speaking (or even when there's background noise) or there's constant echo to the point that neither of us can hear the other. My IT department connected remotely to my station and checked every possible issue to make sure it wasn't the case. I was told that this is my headset.
