I've always had oily skin and I still get breakouts despite being in my 40's. I swear by this cleanser! As others have said, it removes makeup well (I don't wear much, but I hate when my mascara still runs down my face after a shower) and prevents acne if I use it every day. It cleans well without drying out the skin, which is important at the age of 40! I bought this a few months ago and it doesn't come with the glass pictured. Just to let people know it comes in a flimsy plastic bottle which not only pollutes the environment but you can't see the inside and you can't pump well. I'm sure this is a cost optimization tactic to save money, but at the cost of polluting the country and making an inferior product? Shame on them for going down this path.

My skin is strange - pimples on my forehead, dry as a desert around my nose and mouth. If I don't wash my face with a strong cleanser every day, I get breakouts. This is my combination/oily skin cleanser. It lathers really well and removes all my makeup (I wear works). After years of use, I recently decided to try the same brand of Flash Foam Cleanser simply because it was cheaper, but I will NEVER switch again.
