Works great until it's time to change the filter. I was able to get a replacement, but the filter light has been flashing red ever since. Neither the website nor customer service lists my model (BAP9921). I wouldn't recommend buying anything the company doesn't even list anymore, I bought it 6 months ago. Definitely not happy!

Surprised that Revain listed the product for sale on Treasure Truck but couldn't find replacement filters for it. I looked everywhere and contacted both Bioner and Holmes. There are no replacement filters anywhere, so in 8 months you'll be left with a useless air purifier. I have just processed my return.

For what I paid for it when it was on sale it's a decent unit. At the regular price I would skip this as it is disposable at the moment as you can't get replacement filters. It also filters well, but even at low settings it has a constant hum. Don't break the deal and it's not terrible, but it's noticeable when trying to sleep.

We put one in the living room and loved it so much we bought one and put it in our bedroom. After a few days we noticed that we were starting to breathe better. Put one in the bedroom and we'll sleep better. The dust reduction is fantastic. Our sinuses are more clearly visible and we don't wake up congested. The fan isn't exactly silent, so we set it to medium and it acts as a white noise generator. Changes, but once a year. I highly recommend it.

Got this 40% off at the Revain Treasure store. It moves air well and seems to do what it advertises. But I can't find a replacement filter anywhere. The instructions say to change the filter every 8-12 months and even the website where these filters can be bought but when I go to holmesproducts.com I don't see any filters for this product or even the block itself. I assume it is obsolete which means I have bought an air filter system that I will have to dispose of in a year. I highly recommend…

The cleaner does an excellent job of removing odors from the toilet in a large room. Due to the lack of a replacement filter, there were many low-star reviews. This is a fairly new product and the filter is expected to last 8-12 months. Love this air filter, it cleans the air really well. I use this to keep smoke out of the air, it does its job perfectly in the mid-range and is incredibly fast in the high-end. Love the timer, never have to worry about forgetting to turn it off, which helps extend the life of the HEPA filter inside. it's fairly quiet, especially at low frequencies.
