The product arrived damaged - there is no expiry date on the product either. Who knows how old this product is

Item arrived in a damaged Biossance box - looking old or used. Also, as the box was damaged, I tried to look for the expiration date/label on the product or even the box to make sure it hadn't been in the box long and had expired. I won't be buying this again and will probably go back and just buy from Sephora.

the container was half full

Considering the price of this product and from a company I trust, I was surprised that the container was only half full. Sale of Biossance products. I called Biossance and they confirmed it. So I'm not sure if I can return it or not. So this is a disappointment. Biossance makes great skin care products so I'm frustrated that I have to waste time dealing with them.

A very lucky find! suitable for creams

I have sensitive skin. Many of the eye creams I've tried over the years have chemicals and fragrances in them that cause various reactions around the eyes. This eye cream was the best! I've been using it day/night for 16 months. It moisturizes well, has no harsh fragrance and no skin reactions since use!
