Bira Craft Halloween Crafting Scrapbooking Review

I was so happy when I got this in the mail today. I recolored the book with fall colors and this is just what I needed to finish it. I was afraid the maple leaves would be too small for the project, but I can fit three on a book and it looks amazing!

This hole punch is a little smaller than I expected for the money. But it also cuts well on slightly thicker paper (cardboard). It appears to be an old article. It came in outdated packaging and was covered in dust, but that didn't affect the quality of the goods.

Full Disclosure - I didn't take the stamp out of the packaging so I don't know how well it worked. I wanted to be able to return it because it is NOT 3 inches tall as you can see in the photos. The perforator itself is actually very large as well. It might be right for a project where you need small leaves, but it didn't work for me for an assortment of fall leaves.
