The balloon "16" would be great if the number "1" was properly sealed. In the seam was a large open slit. Even with packing tape it couldn't hold the air. Very disappointed!

Everything shown was included. I love the rose gold color. Numbers and hearts inflated normally. I couldn't inflate normal balloons like the picture shows and even with helium they wouldn't stay in the air. I ended up not using any of the normal ones. The last picture shows a small ordinary balloon, if you try to enlarge it it will burst and the confetti inside just fall to the ground, it doesn't look like the picture.
