99% of the time, the items you receive from ebay don't quite measure up to the product photos. In this case, the product photos didn't impress me very much.But once we received them, wow. These really look fantastic. The ones we received aren't as dark or bland as the photos. They sparkle & shimmer, and they're lighter and more translucent.Like I said, it's rare to be pleasantly surprised. This is one of those cases. If you're on the fence about these, go for it.

(Reviewed by my wife): I got the G-Rainbow earring and necklace set. It is lovely. The stones are very sparkly and pretty. The earrings are lightweight and comfortable and do not irritate my ear holes. The length of the necklace is adjustable. The set comes in a pretty velvet bag and would make a nice gift.

This necklace and earring set is really very pretty but I have no idea why it is called "opal". Aside from having a fiery brilliance in the stone color, just like opals, there are no other similarities to opals. So, set aside the fact that they aren't opals, the stones are very pretty and give off a wonderful range of sparkling colors. The chain is decent and about what you'd expect at this price point. I have sensitive ears and I'm able to wear the earrings all day without issue.

I bought this for my daughter’s 19th birthday as opal is her birth stone. She absolutely loved it! I had to purchase it a 2nd time because her ex boyfriend refused to give it back to her 😔. I’m so glad it was easily replaceable!
