Great belt for the price!

I've been wearing this belt for about 2 months now and so far so good. I was afraid that the belt would slip during the day and I would have to constantly tighten and adjust it. nope! Once I tighten it, it stays tight all day no matter how active I am that day. I am very impressed by this fact! It's a wide belt, much wider than I expected and when I first got it I was afraid it wouldn't fit through the loops of my pants. But my fears quickly dissipated as the strap slipped perfectly through my…

Cons
  • Weak set

Not for security duty, weak individual stitching

Anchor Clip-On Harness is not designed for use with Payload or Carrying Capacity… Fire and smoke paratroopers. It's just a belt with less than a tie line on a single layer nylon webbing belt. The buckle is fine and the triangular part of the anchor is best used to double the extra webbing to prevent the strap from slipping. Not bad for $18, but I also didn't expect there would be a lap seat for emergency rappers... but I hoped. I don't know how expensive it can be to add extra stitching for…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Harness, Smoke Suppression Approved

Awesome belt says Salty Firefighter!

Excellent belt, very comfortable and light. I don't know what other reviewers are whining about when they say the buckle slips. If you thread the end of the strap back through the triangular part of the buckle, it will not slip off. Every forest firefighter who has been on duty here for more than a few weeks has understood that. Bonus: My first cloth belt of this type, bought a hundred years ago when I was in academy, has an aluminum buckle instead of heavy steel!

Pros
  • 38mm wide band can be cut with a hot knife
Cons
  • I'm worried

Nice belt with modification

As I have several durable versions of this belt I decided to try this model. as a two-layer design. It's significantly lighter than advertised. The lack of a Velcro closure system like the HD model is a flaw that needs to be addressed. here and I have a very good light belt. The nylon has been cut and you have a belt that fits your specs perfectly. Use about 4-5 inches from the hook side of the velcro at the end of the strap and 8 inches from the soft side of the velcro where the end folds and…
