Yes, it works best for vacuuming and floor maintenance

This "carpet cleaner" runs out in 5 minutes, requires a 24-hour charge, and does not work directly with a battery. power cord. Also, they recommend that the bulky suction cup be PERMANENTLY plugged into the wall. I suppose it would be fine for spot cleaning, but don't call yourself a "rug cleaner" if you can't clean a 6x6 floor. Carpet in less than 2 days!

Great for wearable!

I got this from my mom for Christmas and I have to say it's awesome! I haven't had any leaks or atomizer issues like others have said. I mainly use it for pet stains and spit out the stains on the carpet and it's wonderful. When you use it for the first time, you need to fully charge the battery (it took me 6 hours). I was also able to use it for over 10 minutes at a time. It gets the job done without having to bring out a big steam cleaner every time, and if you use hot water, it removes the…

Works for me: vacuum cleaner

Other reviews describe the shortcomings. Here's my take on it: I have a Hooversteam vacuum for big cleaning jobs. But it's big and bulky, so I don't like lugging it around unnecessarily. In addition, a lot of chemicals are needed for a small job. This little Bissell cleaner is much easier for small jobs. Example: We got a new mattress and what if I haven't found a stain on it within an hour. (I haven't misplaced leaves yet). My son couldn't explain it. Instead of lugging up a full-size steam…

Good idea, bad execution

We bought one of these a while ago and got the other ones as gifts. Spotlifter works to an extent, but there are serious downsides. First, as another reviewer pointed out, battery life is limited. The limitation does not only refer to short-term use (the device drains very quickly), but also to the long battery life. I would be shocked if anyone managed to extend the life of the unit by more than a year based on our experience with both spot lifters we own. purposes) Spotlifter is designed for…

Made for quick pickup

This is a great tool for small jobs. Small "accidents" with pets are easily eliminated with this device. It has plenty of power for those small jobs and works great with good suction and a nice carpet fiber tilt from the atomizer. It is also suitable for hard floors and comes with a small rubber nozzle. for a nozzle that acts like a mop and leaves a dry surface on tile and wooden floors. This is my second device. I have had the first one for a few years and am very happy with its performance…

  • Very expensive

I really love this product though.

Just bought my second Bissell Spotlifter. I had my first one about a year before it expired, but I really drove it into the ground. I've used it for everything from cleaning carpets, cleaning the chair I use with my computer, cleaning car carpets when there's a spill. Between a cat, a dog, and two active and young grandchildren, I had a lot to clean up. I absolutely hated lugging around a big carpet cleaner to clean up small messes and I hated the space the carpet cleaner occupied. In fact, I…
