Bissell Animal Stain Remover leaks when it picks up dirt which defeats the purpose of this device. A poorly made plastic container will leak some of the dirty liquid.

I liked it right after the first use! Unfortunately, after about 2 months it turned dark blue when dosing Bissell cleaning solution! My whole white carpet! started leaking cleaning solution and urine.

If not because it leaks when vacuuming up my dog's urine with the supplied cleaner I would give it 5 stars. Fast charging cleans well, but I don't understand if the holding tank is fixed, why it flows when the machine sucks in mush. I ordered a replacement and it's still working

Unpleasant discharge of dirty water. I've tried everything and the leak won't stop. I followed all the instructions they showed in their video and it didn't work. Leakage issue aside, this is a good product. So I wrapped it in a dog mat to reduce the hassle. I'm still debating whether to come back or not.

I was very happy to use this product but it didn't work. I followed the instructions to T and there was not a drip in the dirty solution return tank. Dry Bone. UPDATED (10 months after purchase) - The original issues mentioned in the original review have been resolved with replacement.
