I was very happy to use this product but it didn't work. I followed the instructions to T and there was not a drip in the dirty solution return tank. Dry Bone. Instead, all the dirty liquid came out of the bottom of the vacuum next to what I believe is the naturally aspirated engine/exhaust. This is my second Bissell carpet cleaner and it made more mess than it took right out of the box. I was hoping that the same amount of liquid in the reusable container would fizzle out, but again stuck with a wet carpet, the pros have to clean up manually. disappointed AGAIN! bite. You have suffered an epic defeat.
