Disappointing Performance on Hardwood Floors

This vacuum part was a let-down .While it works decently on carpets, its performance on HARDWOOD floors was extremely poor. The bristles did not pick up anything leaving behind bits of debris. The one positive was an easy installation process. Home and kitchen owners should look elsewhere for a part that works on all surfaces..

Poor quality replacement belt

The belt broke as soon as I put it on the vacuum roller. I would not recommend this product. Instead of refunding me <$5 which I have to send back which is fine they pay but the refund cost them more than the refund is just a pain.
