It's very user-friendly, has great customer service support when things go wrong (and they do!), works seamlessly with our Google Calendar, allows us to see who booked what room/session etc., provides an easy way of creating tasks which can be done by others as well. We find it difficult at times finding out if someone else in another department or country did something we need them to have completed - especially over different time zones! Great product overall though, definitely worth using…
