Used to replace very dated 5-gang switchplate at a church where we are redecorating the foyer.The matte steel is attractive and strong. Only two screws didn't line up with the switches, but I'm leaving that problem to the electrician! Be very gentle with the screws in order not to scratch the paint, and take care not to scratch the unit overall. Decor committee all very pleased!

I am using this for a plug cover on my newly refinished hardwood floors. It is great. I started out with a wooden one--not a great idea. It broke within days. This is sturdy and basically flat. Highly recommend.
