Not as powerful as I was hoping, but gets the job done. I use it to clean my cat bowl. I have no real comparisons other than a small vacuum cleaner that I once owned and loved. I didn't want to spend a lot since it's just for a side hustle so it works well for that. Not sure I would recommend it if you need a vacuum for work. This is a nice little vacuum that for the most part has enough suction to do the job I want it to do. My complaint is twofold. The hanger on the wall looks thin. I think it's going to break pretty soon and then I won't have a chance to hang it up again. The biggest complaint, however, is that the power cord connects to the device itself and not to a wall component like my previous device did. There are two carpeted stairs in my house so I bought these hoping I could use them to clean up with the dirt/hair to keep up with the steps of my animals. I charged it overnight, gave it a full 12+ hours, and then optimistically got to work. Basically it just moved the hair a little. Bought to clean the litter box. Does he pick up garbage? Yes. Hair? Yes. Other things? Yes. However, the suction power is not enough to actually remove the dirt; You need to clean it and free it completely and just vacuum the resulting pile. Finally, the filter does not capture ultrafine particles. I can smell kitty litter from the exhaust pipe. This doesn't happen with my regular home vacuum (Bissel, $70 at Walton's Big Box Store).
